"No problem" I am told - "we have 13 in stock!". Go to pick up my 5 and after much waiting I am advised 10 of the units are on a rack and require a forklift to get them. (it is only a 3 hour round trip for me!!). I ask if they can ship them with the $24k in cabinets we have already paid to be delivered in a few weeks - No Can Do!!! So alas yet another wasteful trip back for items on the shelf that they cannot deliver... Subcontracted delivery guys took much persuasion to take cabinets to second level where kitchen is going.
